Logistics Coordinator

Job Responsibilities Coordinate daily transportation and logistics activities to support the efficient movement of goods and meet customer requirements. Schedule, monitor, and track shipments to ensure timely and accurate deliveries. Communicate with carriers, suppliers, customers, and internal teams to resolve shipping issues and maintain service levels. Prepare and maintain accurate shipping, receiving, billing, and transportation documentation. Monitor inventory records and ensure data is accurate and up to date. Collaborate with warehouse and operations teams to improve storage, distribution, and workflow efficiency. Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, as needed. Perform additional duties and projects as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience in logistics, transportation, shipping, receiving, or supply chain operations preferred. Experience using inventory management, warehouse management, or ERP systems. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook. Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Forklift certification or experience preferred. Ability to sit, stand, walk, and move throughout a warehouse or office environment for extended periods. Ability to occasionally lift and move up to 50 pounds.
