Associate Patient Care Coordinator

Job Title Greet and assist patients and visitors with warmth and professionalism. Oversee the waiting room experience, ensuring timely care and keeping patients informed of any delays. Maintain seamless front desk operations while collaborating with medical assistants and providers. Keep provider schedules organized for maximum efficiency. Accurately collect and update patient registration, financial details, and essential health information. Support patients in overcoming barriers to care by coordinating interpreters, transportation, prescription assistance, and more. Manage intake processes, including document scanning and records maintenance. Handle financial transactions such as co-pays and insurance responsibilities with precision and care. Maintain medical records, ensuring timely filing, scanning, and organization. Professionally answer calls, schedule appointments, and assist in hospital follow-ups. Process requests for medical records release while adhering to regulatory guidelines. Perform additional administrative tasks to support the clinic's success. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
