Key duties include: Inspecting railcars for damage, wear, and serviceability Performing repairs and documenting inspections and completed work Identifying repair needs beyond company capabilities Lubricating components and applying required stenciling Assisting with railcar cleaning and preparation Operating company vehicles and equipment, including pickups, ATVs, Tractors, and service vehicles.
