Position Details

• Schedule: 1 week per month with the possibility of 2-3 physicians rotating weekly.
• Patient Load: 20-25 patients in the clinic each day.
• Clinic Hours: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM; surgical procedures on Tuesday and Thursday.
• Surgical Procedures: 4-10 surgeries daily.
• Specialization: General ENT (no head and neck, trauma, or allergy cases).
• Patient Demographics: 60% adult and 40% pediatric patients.
• On-Call Duties: Night and weekend call with 2-5 patients per day on call.

Compensation and Benefits

• Pay Rate: Hourly rates range from $175.00 to $250.00. These figures are estimates influenced by various factors, including the urgency of the position, your experience, and qualifications. Rates are all-inclusive, covering base pay along with potential earnings from overtime, call, and holiday work.
