Revenue Cycle Performance Analyst

Seeking a dynamic and motivated Revenue Cycle Performance Analyst, the full-time remote role will manage quality audits, prepare performance reports, and draft mitigation plans to enhance operational excellence in healthcare revenue cycle processes. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive quality audits of revenue cycle processes to ensure compliance and performance standards are met Prepare and deliver quality scorecard performance reports to operational leaders, highlighting trends and areas for improvement Identify underperforming workflows and draft mitigation plans to restore optimal performance Required Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required 15+ years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle functions, including Front End, Mid-Cycle, or Back End 5+ years of hands-on experience with Epic systems, including reporting and workflow optimization Proven ability to analyze complex data and translate findings into actionable insights Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence and mentor others
