Position: Remote Copy Editor
Island Grad Inc is a leading educational consulting firm that specializes in helping students from island nations achieve their academic and career goals. Our team is dedicated to providing personalized guidance and support to students throughout their educational journey.
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Remote Copy Editor to join our team. As a Remote Copy Editor, you will be responsible for reviewing and editing a variety of written materials, including articles, reports, and marketing materials.
Key Responsibilities:- Review and edit written materials for grammar, spelling, punctuation, and clarity
- Ensure consistency and accuracy in style, tone, and formatting
- Collaborate with writers and other team members to ensure high-quality content
- Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
- Conduct research and factchecking as needed
- Suggest improvements to enhance the overall quality of written materials
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 years of experience as a copy editor or proofreader
- Excellent writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail
- Strong knowledge of grammar, spelling, and punctuation rules
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Contract Details:
This is a full-time, remote position. The candidate must be located in CA, United States.
