Director of Hardware Quality & Supplier Excellence (San Antonio)

Darkhive, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Director of Quality Engineering, Hardware to build and scale our hardware and supplier quality capabilities in a fast-paced defense technology environment.

The role reports to the VP of Quality and requires a hands-on leader who can balance strategic thinking with day-to-day execution. Ideal candidates will drive PQP/APQP, DFx implementations, and process qualification across PCBA, compute hardware, and electro-mechanical assemblies.
