Manager, Supply Chain Planning - WafersWe are looking for a Manager, Supply Chain Planning - Wafers, located at our Corporate Headquarters in Santa Clara, CA. We need passionate, hard-working, and creative people to help us take on some of these extraordinary opportunities.What You'll Be Doing:Manage weekly, monthly, and quarterly supply plans with business leaders and provide mentorship on supply and inventory positionsAnalyze planning strategies and priority tradeoffs with business leaders to optimize supply to meet customer demand and revenue targetsPresent weekly supply changes to executive managementDevelop, mentor, and lead team of high performing supply chain planners responsible for wafer/die supplyCollaborate with foundry partners to drive closure of near term wafer supply shortages and to forecast longer term capacity requirementsOversee cross-functional alignment with backend planning, capacity planning, and engineering teams to understand chip supply bottlenecks and influence downstream capacity investmentsGuide continuous improvement efforts and projects in support of organizational strategiesWhat We Need To See:BA/BS degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent experience8+ overall years of experience in supply chain/operations, preferably with background in semiconductors or wafer/chip planningAt least 4+ years of experience in a leadership roleProficiency in Excel, SAP, advanced planning software/ERP, and other business software applicationsDemonstrated agility and flexibility in a fast-paced, constraint production environmentStrong collaboration and interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with senior executive staffWays To Stand Out From The Crowd:Experience managing global manufacturing with foundry suppliers and partner teams around the worldProven problem solving, analytical and complex modeling skillsExcellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple assignments and people concurrentlyFind creative, out-of-the-box solutions and approaches to complex problemsWith competitive salaries and a generous benefits package, NVIDIA is widely considered to be one of the technology world's most desirable employers.
