Manufacturing Operations Support
Our client, a global provider of electronic design and test solutions company, is looking for a Manufacturing Operations Support for their Rancho Santa Margarita, CA location.
Responsibilities:
- The Precision Meso-scale Technology Center (PMTC) in Rancho Santa Margarita, CA provides precision-machined components that power client industry-leading electronic measurement equipment.
- Support all Hand Operations, including Heat Treat, Cleaning, Sort, and Deburr processes on day shift.
- Through on the job training, responsible for delivering operational excellence by processing parts through manual and automated operations, including performing visual inspections and assembly tasks under a microscope.
Requirements:
- Manual dexterity and fine motor skills are essential in this position.
- Clients seek a self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced, multicultural environment and values teamwork.
- Ability to read and converse in English
- Ability to interpret specifications, including Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T)
- Skills:
- Basic Windows PC and Microsoft Excel use
- Strong manual dexterity
- High volume parts inspection and handling
- Microscopic inspection
- Part deburring, cleaning, and handling
- Precision pin, thread, and ring gaging
- Part sorting using specialized tools/equipment
- Manufacturing Execution System (MES) experience
- Education:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Some college or technical coursework preferred
