We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Registered Nurse to become a part of our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this position, you will provide exceptional, patient-centered care to elderly residents within a skilled nursing and rehabilitation environment.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate and monitor the health status of residents.
- Administer medications and various treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
- Educate patients and their families about health management and care plans.
