Experience: Minimum of 2 years of recent nursing experience in endoscopy, PACU, and preoperative settings.

License: Current RN licensure required; pending licensure accepted if application is submitted prior to start date.

Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS required.

Must-Have:

• 2 years of inpatient endoscopy experience preferred, including PACU and ambulatory settings.
• Prior charge experience is preferred.
• Completion of at least one prior travel assignment is required.
• Flu vaccination is mandatory without exemptions.

Description: The position is for a Registered Nurse specializing in endoscopy. Nurses will work a 4x10-hour schedule with shifts from 07:00 to 17:30. Orientation preferences are available. There is no on-call or weekend requirement. Floating will occur based on competency within the GI suite. Candidates must have experience with colonoscopy, EGD, endoscopic ultrasound (EUS), and ERCP. Skills in obtaining and maintaining IVs, and administering pre/post-procedure care are necessary. The unit serves both adult and pediatric patient populations. Collaboration with interdisciplinary support services is expected. Daily census is approximately 60 patients. Candidates must provide two supervisory references to support their experience. No requested time off is permitted during the first two weeks of assignment. Travelers must be comfortable proceeding without an interview. All submittals will be reviewed by the clinical team. Compliance with facility-specific modules is required upon hire.
