Collins Aerospace is seeking an Senior Agile Scrum Master to support systems engineering and product development teams delivering mission-critical capabilities for U.S. defense programs. The Scrum Master will guide Agile practices, facilitate team ceremonies, and remove obstacles to ensure predictable, high-quality delivery. This role requires strong communication skills, servant leadership, and the ability to operate within a dynamic environment common to DoD and aerospace programs. What You Will Do Serve as Scrum Master for cross-functional Agile teams Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Increment Planning, Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Backlog Refinement, Demonstrations, Retrospectives, Risk Management Reviews, and Agile Performance Reviews. Work closely with Product Owners to maintain a prioritized, well-groomed backlog aligned with program objectives Identify and remove impediments that impact team velocity, quality, or delivery commitments Promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement across the team Promote Lean practices that reduce waste, improve flow, and increase value delivery Provide transparency into team progress through metrics such as velocity, burn-down charts, risks, and dependencies Monitor Agile delivery and Earned Value performance metrics, and work with the team to implement preventive and corrective actions when variances or risks are identified.
