Registered Nurse - Emergency Services

Role: Responsible for delivering patient-centered nursing care in an emergency department setting, adhering to standards and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Responsibilities Include Assessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care. Coordinating nursing care aligned with organizational and regulatory standards. Participating in quality improvement initiatives and performance evaluations. Monitoring patient progress and advocating for safe, effective treatment. Contributing to professional development and fostering collaborative communication. Handling medications per guidelines and applying critical thinking to clinical scenarios. Supporting safety, cost-effectiveness, and ethical decision-making in patient care. Qualifications And Skills RN license with a diploma or equivalent. Certifications: BLS, ACLS (within 30-90 days), PALS, Trauma Course, Crisis Intervention, and Pediatric courses as required. Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills.
