Assembler I (US)

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Assembler I (US) to join their dedicated team. As an Assembler I (US), you will be an integral part of the manufacturing department supporting the assembly and maintenance of electro-mechanical equipment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, a proactive attitude, and excellent manual dexterity, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Assembler I (US) Location: Pittsburgh, PA Pay Range: $23/hr Shift: Monday thru Friday 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. What's the Job? Perform entry-level manufacturing functions related to fabricating, troubleshooting, and repairing electro-mechanical equipment Assemble basic equipment components following verbal instructions and assembly drawings Utilize standard hand tools and shop machinery to complete tasks efficiently and accurately Thread and fit pipes, wire simple electrical circuits, and perform basic woodworking tasks as needed Work in a manufacturing environment adhering to safety and quality standards What's Needed? High School diploma or GED required; secondary diploma or relevant work experience preferred Knowledge of using standard hand tools and shop machinery Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings and verbal instructions Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail Ability to work independently under supervision in a team-oriented environment What's in it for me?
