We offer paid HCA Training, apply now to learn more.Pay range: $22-$23/hrCurrent schedule needs:Client 1: Kingston – Open availability needed from 8:00am–4:00pm, caregiver experience W/Hoyer preferred or willing to learnClient 2: Poulsbo – Open availability needed from 8:00am–4:00pm, caregiver experience W/Hoyer preferred or willing to learnClients 3: Bainbridge Open availability needed from 8:00am–4:00pm, caregiver experience W/Hoyer preferred or willing to learnADLs experience / Children experienceAll Locations: Mix of clients covering light, moderate, or higher-level care needsRequired for all locations: CNA/HCA experience 1 years +, comfortable with on call / fill in schedulePlusComfortable working with DD children and younger clientsHoyer experience preferred or willing to learnCaregiver experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidateAbility to adapt to flexible schedulesCaregivers with experience working with Cerebral Palsy, Autism, and Behavioral Health is a PLUS!Drivers preferredRequirements18 years+Ability to pass a state and national background checkValid driver's license, auto insurance, clean driving record and reliable vehicleAbility to complete state-required caregiver/HCA training as neededWhat will you do as an In Home Caregiver?Our caregivers support their clients in activities of daily living such as (but not limited to):Driving clients (as needed) to the store or appointments (we reimburse mileage!)Helping clients bathe, dress, and groomHousehold chores (cleaning, laundry, dishes, etc.)Cooking and/or serving mealsProviding companionship through daily activities and hobbiesMonitoring and reporting on their conditionWhy Family Resource Home Care?Weekly Pay. We train new caregivers to provide the level of care our clients expect.Client Matching. We consider your experience, availability, and preferences to match you with the perfect clients.Employee Referral Program- Earn up to $478 per Referral!Paid Travel Time. We pay you for your travel time in-between clients.Paid Orientation & Training. You will be paid for the time you spend at orientation and any additional online training that is required.Continuing Education. Apply and the recruiter in your region will connect with you to schedule a phone interview. If hired, you will be scheduled for orientation at your branch. Once you have completed onboarding, orientation, and training, you can start working with clients!Washington only – If you do not have a current HCA or CNA license, you will be required to enroll in our HCA training program we offer (due to state requirements).
