Hourly Rate: $25 - $32, based on experience.

Schedule: Monday-Tuesday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM; Wednesday-Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM.
Location: Pleasanton, CA.
Preferred Skills: Knowledge of Dentrix, strong communication, phone, and email management, and insurance breakdowns. Willing to train the right candidate.

Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and organized individual to join our team as a Solo Front Desk Receptionist in Pleasanton, CA. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, playing a key role in managing the day-to-day operations of our front office.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist patients with a warm and welcoming attitude.
Manage phone calls, emails, and appointment scheduling efficiently.
Handle insurance breakdowns and ensure accurate patient billing.
Maintain and update patient records using Dentrix software.
Provide excellent communication and customer service to patients and team members.
