The Restaurant Server is responsible for serving food and beverage items to guests in a friendly, enthusiastic, and timely manner. Deliver food and beverage service to guests with a positive, professional demeanor.

Present the menu, provide detailed explanations of items as needed, and take guest orders accurately.

Prepare and present orders in an organized, timely manner to ensure quality service.

Refill water, make and pour coffee, and attend to additional guest requests.

Clear tables throughout the dining experience, using proper methods to remove dishes, glassware, and silverware.

Reset tables promptly and ensure all table settings meet cleanliness standards.

Polish silverware, fold linens, and assist in maintaining a tidy dining area.

Set up beverage stations by brewing coffee and arranging condiments for appropriate shifts.

Actively listen and respond to guest concerns, using empathy and professionalism to resolve issues.

Participate in team efforts to meet and exceed guest expectations, assisting where needed.

Perform additional duties as assigned by management to support restaurant operations.

Ability to anticipate guests' service needs and respond proactively.

Strong organizational skills, focus, and attention to detail.

Effective communication skills and the ability to work cohesively with team members.

Minimum of 1 year of experience as a food server preferred.

Ability to lift up to 40lbs.

Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.

Proficiency in English to communicate effectively with guests and coworkers.

Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws regarding alcohol service.

Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts as needed.
