Groundskeeping and Outdoor Maintenance

• Perform routine mowing, trimming, and general grounds upkeep
• Operate tractors, mowers, and other landscaping equipment safely and effectively
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of all outdoor areas, including docks, walkways, and common spaces
• Assist with seasonal property needs and general outdoor upkeep year-round

General Maintenance and Repairs

• Perform basic carpentry and repair work as needed
• Use hand and power tools, including drills, saws, and measuring equipment
• Assist with small projects, repairs, and ongoing property improvements
• Support plumbing-related tasks and other mechanical needs as they arise (training provided as needed)

Facilities and General Upkeep

• Maintain Marina facilities, including restrooms and shared spaces
• Assist with trash removal, cleaning, and general upkeep across the property
• Respond to maintenance needs promptly and effectively
• Help ensure all areas are safe, functional, and guest-ready
