What You'll Do
- Provide primary and specialty nursing care in a community-focused facility
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans
- Conduct assessments, diagnose, and treat a diverse patient population

- Support health education and follow-up care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Assist with transitioning care and discharge planning as needed
What You Need
Required:- Valid Nurse Practitioner license in New Mexico
- Relevant clinical experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior experience in a similar healthcare setting
- Certification in a relevant specialty
