Licensed Clinical Psychologist (Part-Time)

Just Mind Counseling is seeking a Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) to join our group counseling practice at our North and South Austin office locations. Preference is given to applicants who are fully licensed and/or have experience in any of the following areas: psychological assessments, couples therapy, child/adolescent therapy, neurodivergence (ADHD & Autism), or trauma/EMDR. This is a W2 employee position with a commission-based pay structure (percentage of billed services). All marketing, scheduling, third‑party billing, and overhead costs are covered, with additional opportunities for peer consultation, continuing education, in‑house EMDR consultation, and paid EMDR training in exchange for service. We offer a 401(k) plan with matching and an annual training stipend. Hours/schedule negotiable, but must be willing to see 10–15 clients per week, including some weekend or evening hours. Employees may have the option to create a hybrid work schedule, but current demand for in‑person client work is highest.
