You are a healer and a helper who addresses the whole patient as an individual, designs programs to restore and enhance their physical abilities, adapts to patient needs, enjoys variety of settings, collaborates with peers, and refers patients for additional care. You train patients and caregivers on the skills needed to promote independence and productivity. Assess patient needs Develop individualized recovery plans Deliver physical therapy sessions Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team Educate patients and caregivers Qualifications Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility. Master's degree in Physical Therapy. Master's degree in a Physical Therapy related field in addition to a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy. Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience. Physical Therapy degree earned outside the U.S. evaluated as a U.S. equivalent.
