Service Advisor - Auto Park KIA

Responsibilities Serve as a liaison between the Service Department technicians and the parts department to maintain customer satisfaction. Meet and greet customers with courtesy and efficiency. Provide an outstanding guest experience and determine the course of action for each vehicle. Obtain customer authorization for work and write up service needs. Give customers accurate estimates for dollar amount and completion time of work. Communicate effectively with customers to achieve satisfactory repairs and sales of necessary repair or maintenance items. Explain warranty and service/insurance policies to customers. Keep customers informed and advise them of the prognosis of their vehicle. Call customers to set appointments and answer telephones in a timely manner. Attend and complete required training and department meetings. Qualifications High School Diploma and one year of related sales experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Current valid driver’s license. Good reading, writing, and math skills. Excellent interpersonal skills and outstanding customer service ability. Ability to work retail hours. Computer proficiency. Compensation & Benefits Competitive wages commensurate with job-related skills, experience, education or training, and geographic location. This commission eligible role offers an average monthly pay range of $3,000‑$10,000, with earning potential based on performance.
