Your Role as a Center Sales Manager

As the Center Sales Manager, you’ll take ownership of your center’s people, performance, guest experience, and daily operations. You’ll lead and develop Guest Sales Associates and Wax Specialists while ensuring the team consistently delivers exceptional service and meets key business goals.This is a full-time, in-center leadership position for someone who is comfortable coaching in the moment, holding others accountable, solving problems, and driving measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Guest Sales Associates and Wax Specialists
• Create a positive, accountable culture focused on teamwork, guest service, and continued improvement
• Monitor and manage center KPIs, including sales, Wax Pass conversion, retail conversion, rebooking, service productivity, and guest retention
• Translate center goals into clear daily priorities, action plans, and individual performance expectations
• Provide consistent coaching, recognition, feedback, and documented performance follow-up
• Maintain appropriate staffing levels through recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, scheduling, and retention
• Ensure training standards are met and identify opportunities for continued associate development
• Oversee daily center operations, including reservations, guest flow, inventory, cash handling, facility standards, and administrative responsibilities
• Resolve guest concerns promptly using empathy, sound judgment, and a solutions-oriented approach
• Maintain compliance with company policies, brand standards, safety requirements, and State Board regulations
• Partner with district leadership to evaluate results, address opportunities, and execute company initiatives
• Lead team meetings and participate in community events, recruiting efforts, and local marketing initiatives

What We’re Looking For

• One or more years of management or sales-leadership experience; retail, hospitality, beauty, fitness, or service-based experience is preferred
• A proven ability to coach, motivate, and hold a team accountable for results
• Experience managing KPIs, sales goals, labor, scheduling, inventory, and operational standards
• Strong business judgment with the ability to analyze results and build effective action plans
• Confidence handling guest concerns and associate performance conversations
• Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
• A hands-on leadership style with the ability to balance people development and operational execution
• A dependable, solutions-oriented mindset with strong follow-through
• The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Availability to work a flexible full-time schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Experience using point-of-sale, scheduling, communication, and performance-management systems is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college education is a plus

• Ability to perform repetitive computer and point-of-sale tasks
• Ability to lift and carry retail products, supplies, and equipment as needed
