Job Description Location : Peoria Heights, IL Start Date : 30-90 days Position Type : Permanent Setting : Outpatient, Urgent Care-like setting Schedule : Flexible, 40 hours. Clinic hours are Mon-Fri 8a to 6p, Saturday 9a to 4p Call : No call responsibilities Patient Load : 20-25 patients per day | Includes Primary Care, Occupational Health, DOT Physicals & Walk Ins EMR : Epic Additional Info : Growing practice with a Physician and APP. Job Requirements : Must be BE/BC in Family Medicine, Occupational Medicine-trained and MROCC.
