This entry-level clinical role offers hands-on training and mentorship to build a procedural practice focused on awake liposuction and complementary regenerative therapies. You will work in a collaborative, patient-centered environment delivering transformative care that enhances confidence inside and out.ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and cosmetic consultations with emphasis on candidacy for awake liposuction and fat transfer procedures.Develop individualized treatment plans that integrate aesthetic procedures and regenerative medicine modalities.Perform awake liposuction and related in-office procedures under supervision during initial training, progressing to independent practice as competency is demonstrated.Manage pre‑operative and post‑operative care, including follow-up visits, wound care guidance, and complication identification/triage.Provide clear patient education on expectations, risks, aftercare, and complementary therapies (injectables, skin care, weight loss, peptides, HRT, IV therapies).Collaborate with nursing, aesthetic specialists, and administrative staff to ensure efficient, high-quality patient experiences and workflow.Maintain accurate medical records, compliance with state and federal regulations, and adherence to clinic protocols and safety standards.RequirementsQualificationsRequired:Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine (NMD/ND) from an accredited program.Active Arizona medical license or eligibility to obtain licensure in Arizona within a defined onboarding period.Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; ACLS preferred if applicable.Strong interpersonal and patient-communication skills with a commitment to patient-centered care.Willingness to train in awake liposuction techniques, office-based procedural workflows, and regenerative medicine protocols.Ability to work full-time onsite at the Scottsdale clinic and maintain professional documentation and compliance.Preferred:Prior clinical or procedural experience in aesthetic medicine, liposuction, or surgical assisting.Experience with injectables (Botox, dermal fillers), fat grafting, or regenerative therapies (peptides, PRP, stem cell protocols).Familiarity with medical weight loss, hormone replacement, and IV therapy programs.Membership in professional organizations relevant to naturopathic or aesthetic medicine.Commitment to ongoing education and procedural mastery; willingness to participate in mentorship and proctorship programs.BenefitsBenefits and Perks:Competitive base salary with performance-based incentives and production bonuses.Health, dental, and vision insurance options.Paid time off (PTO) and paid holidays.Continuing medical education (CME) allowance, procedural training, and mentorship to build your skills in awake liposuction and regenerative medicine.Malpractice insurance coverage and license/DEA reimbursement where applicable.401(k) plan or retirement savings option and potential employer match.Generous employee discounts on aesthetic and wellness services and products.Supportive team culture with career growth opportunities in a fast-growing medspa.Equal Opportunity & Inclusion StatementHaus of Confidence is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
