Senior Large Loss Insurance Estimator Full service established construction company specializing in insurance restoration is in search of a Senior Construction Estimator. Job Duties: Write scopes and estimate repairs for large insurance losses. Includes fire, smoke, water and storm damage claims. Pay range commensurate with experience, and industry/revenue stream. This position is for a Senior Insurance Construction Estimator. Insurance Restoration Estimator with extensive Xactimate experience is a must. Must have a minimum of 5 years experience with Large loss claims. Existing sub contractor base is a plus Must have construction knowledge Must have knowledge with Fire, Water and storm damage claims on a large scale. Must possess time management skills Must be able to write and comprehend budgets Must be able to understand and establish job costing, and obtain prices Proficient in insurance guidelines and qualifications Must be able to handle a fair volume of work in a timely manner Flexible schedule nights and weekend may be required Due to a rotation with emergency on-call.
