Site Director
LGC Group
LGC Group seeks a Site Director to lead overall operations at its Middleton, WI facility. The role encompasses strategic oversight of production, lab services, quality control, and process development teams, with accountability for business performance, compliance, and financial results.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic and operational leadership ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and customer commitments
- Oversee safe, compliant, and profitable delivery of products and services across all site functions
- Develop and execute site business strategies driving operational excellence, productivity, and sustainable growth
- Build and sustain high-performing culture promoting employee engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Manage site financial performance including budgeting, cost management, and profitability improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, operations, engineering, life sciences, manufacturing, or related field
- Demonstrated experience leading site-wide operations with accountability for business and regulatory performance
- Significant leadership experience building and motivating high-performing teams across complex environments
- Knowledge of operational management in regulated manufacturing, laboratory, or service environments
- Advanced financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation
- Strong understanding of quality systems, regulatory compliance, and workplace safety standards
- Proven ability to lead organizational change and continuous improvement initiatives
