Job Summary and Responsibilities As our Employee Health LVN, you'll be responsible for coordinating and performing the Employee Health functions, including employee health screenings, process new hire applicants, accurately document health data, provide employee health education, participate in workplace health and safety programs, assist with Workers' Compensation claim management and provide clerical support coverage. Every day you will assume responsibility and accountability for the assessment, planning, and evaluation of workplace health services for employees, volunteers, students and contractors. Participate with any investigation, risk evaluation, and work collaboratively with facility/entity leaders to implement, monitor, mitigate risk, and corrective action plans as outlined by compliance programs. Demonstrate proficiency in using Google Job Requirements Minimum Requirements High school diploma or equivailent Current CA Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) Minimum two years experience in Employee Health, ambulatory care, or occupational health nursing.
