Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and assesspatients’ physical, emotional, and social needs to developpersonalized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeuticactivities and interventions to help patients regain or improvefunctional independence.
• Educate patients andcaregivers on exercises, adaptive equipment, and strategies toenhance daily living.
• Collaborate withphysicians, nurses, physical therapists, and other healthcareprofessionals to ensure coordinated care.
• Document patientprogress, treatment outcomes, and update care plans asneeded.
• Ensure compliancewith all state, federal, and facility regulations, aswell as professional standards of practice.
• Adapt quickly to newclinical environments and provide compassionate,patient-centered care.

Requirements

• Current and validstate license as an Occupational Therapist.
• NBCOT (National Boardfor Certification in Occupational Therapy) certificationrequired.
• Previous clinicalexperience in occupational therapy (1-2 years preferred, but newgrads may be considered).
• Strong interpersonal,communication, and problem-solving skills.
