Senior Director, Medical Affairs Biostatistics

Dyne Therapeutics seeks a Senior Director of Medical Affairs Biostatistics to provide strategic and technical leadership for biostatistics functions supporting evidence-generation initiatives. The role bridges medical affairs and statistical expertise within a neuromuscular disease-focused biotechnology company.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic direction for biostatistics across medical affairs evidence-generation activities
- Lead technical and operational aspects of biostatistical work supporting clinical programs
- Oversee statistical design and analysis of medical affairs studies and initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure statistical rigor in evidence generation
Requirements
- Advanced degree in biostatistics, statistics, or related quantitative field
- Extensive experience in clinical trial design and statistical analysis
- Leadership experience managing biostatistics teams or functions
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements for medical evidence
- Proven ability to communicate complex statistical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
