About the Role

The Company is in search of a Head of Operations to join their team. The successful candidate will be tasked with providing leadership and oversight for all activities related to the preparation and production of finished goods. This includes owning end-to-end supply chain planning, ensuring effective delegation and follow-through, and leading workforce planning efforts in collaboration with the Operations Manager and HR. The role is pivotal in driving performance, continuous improvement, and aligning daily operations with long-term business goals, particularly in the areas of sustainability and innovation. Applicants for the Head of Operations position at the company should have a minimum of 12 years' of experience in operations or manufacturing, with at least 5 years' in a leadership role. Experience in food production, continuous improvement initiatives, and cross-functional team management is strongly preferred. The role requires the ability to communicate effectively with key stakeholders and a background in supply chain management. A bachelor's degree in business management, operations management, or a related field is preferred, although a combination of education and relevant experience may be considered. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader, capable of optimizing plant performance and supporting a safe, food-compliant, and efficient work environment.
