Current Dates Needed: 9/14-9/18, 10/26-10/30, 11/16-11/17, 12/7-12/11, 12/28-12/31 Shift Details: 7a-5p, no call Practice Setting: 100% Outpatient Special Procedures: Dialysis access procedures, 6 to 10 a day. Catheters, Dclog.
