*A regional medical center is seeking a Certified Nurse Midwife to join an established Women's Health clinic supported by an experienced nursing and OB team.
*Outpatient-focused schedule: 4-5 clinic days per week (36 clinical + 4 admin hours); 15-20 patients daily
*Approximately 215 births annually with MD backup and 24/7 anesthesiology and pediatric support
*Highly experienced nursing team with strong retention and collaborative care environment
*Compensation $125K-$135K + wRVU incentives and $10K sign-on bonus
*Full benefits package including PTO, CME allowance, relocation assistance, loan repayment, and 401(k)
