We are currently seeking a Java full stack developer to join our team in Pune/Mumbai, Mahārāshtra (IN-MH), India (IN).

Job Description – Java Full Stack Developer (ReactJS) 

Role Overview

NTT DATA is seeking an experienced Java Full Stack Developer with 8+ years of experience and strong expertise in ReactJS to design and deliver scalable, high-performance web applications. The role involves end-to-end development across backend microservices and modern front-end applications within an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Java-based backend and React-based frontend technologies
• Build and deploy microservices-based architectures leveraging Spring Boot and related frameworks
• Develop responsive, user-friendly UI components using ReactJS, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Implement and consume RESTful APIs and gRPC services ensuring high performance and security
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product owners, architects, and DevOps teams
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and quality assurance processes
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps initiatives for faster, reliable delivery

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of experience in full stack development
• Strong expertise in:
  • Java, J2EE technologies
  • Spring, Spring Boot, and Spring Integration
  • Microservices architecture
• Hands-on experience in:
  • ReactJS, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
  • Developing responsive and dynamic user interfaces
• Solid understanding of:
  • Object-Oriented Design (OOD) principles
  • Design patterns and best practices
• Experience with databases:
  • MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB

Preferred / Good to Have

• Experience with gRPC-based services
• Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
• Hands-on with tools such as:
  • Git, Docker, Kubernetes
  • Code quality and defect tracking tools
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

Soft Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Proven ability to work as a collaborative team player
• Good organizational and multitasking capability

Education

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
