Job focus:
- Must love and support their team!
- Must love and take care of guests!
- Must say "yes" and "thank you" often!
- Checks all banquet event orders (BEO) for the week
- Checks orders for daily event set up, service, and strike
- Sets up for all events for the day or for the next day as needed
- Provides courteous and friendly service to all guests and staff
Desired qualifications:
- Prefer a minimum of six (6) months experience in the service industry
- Has excellent customer service skills
- Must be able to communicate and read effectively in English
- Able to handle a fast-paced, busy, and stressful environment
- Has a professional appearance and demeanor
- Able to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
