Senior Associate Attorney

Prosecute commercial foreclosures from initiation to completion. Analyze loan files, title reports, and client documents. Draft motions, pleadings, and settlement agreements. Appear in court for various legal proceedings. Communicate with clients to ensure quality representation. Collaborate with support staff for document preparation and execution. Research and analyze complex client cases. Create matter budgets and seek fee approval from clients. Requirements J.D. degree, bar license in good standing in New York required. Bar license in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and/or Connecticut is a plus. Minimum 10 years of relevant litigation experience preferred. Substantial knowledge of New York Mortgage Foreclosure Law required. Education J.D. degree Certifications Bar license in New York Skills Effective time and priority management.
