The facility is a 295-bed acute care facility providing healthcare services for a broad service area. The hospital offers advanced care including cardiac services and neurosurgery. The nurse will care for patients with a variety of diagnoses. The patient ratios are 4:1 during the day shift and 5:1 at night. Floating to other departments may be required within a specified radius. The equipment used includes an Electronic Health Record system. A scrub color dress code is in place, with no specific color restrictions. This role is responsible for providing high-quality patient care and maintaining patient safety. An emphasis on collaboration with healthcare professionals is essential to improve patient outcomes. Candidates must meet all required certifications prior to the start date. The position also requires working some weekends.
