Position Summary
Position Overview
Work as a member of the team supporting IT infrastructure maintenance.

Roles & Responsibilities
Conduct IT infrastructure‑related enhancements based on application team requirements or regulatory needs.
Support ongoing maintenance and coordination with relevant stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications
Hands‑on experience in IT infrastructure within a financial institution
Proven ability to manage system development
Strong communication and coordination skills, with experience working closely with Japan and US business users
Experience in financial services, banking, or regulated industry projects (preferred)

Desired Qualifications
Ability to proactively identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks
Business‑level proficiency in Japanese for professional communication, documentation, and meetings

Education Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher, OR equivalent practical experience

Language Requirements
English: Mandatory
Japanese: Mandatory
