Studio Manager

Position: Studio Manager BODY20 is currently seeking a top-tier leader for the position of Studio Manager (SM) for one of our fast-growing studios. As an integral part of the leadership team, the Studio Manager will directly oversee the daily business operations, sales, profitability, and staff development while delivering brand consistency and superior customer service. Benefits Competitive salary and bonus structure Paid training, certifications, and support Free studio membership Product discounts Flexible schedule that works around educational or personal goals Fitness casual dress-code Passionate, collaborative work environment Opportunity to learn every aspect of the business and eventually become a Franchisee or Business Owner Responsibilities Work directly with Franchisee in support of studio operations and profitability Provide leadership through developing, training, and supporting the Sales Team and Coaches Achieve top-tier performance metrics including revenue, inventory, payroll, cost controls and facilities maintenance Attend all directed monthly meetings and corporate webinars Ensure necessary staffing levels to satisfy studio demand while remaining within the studio budget Host weekly staff meetings and monthly 1-on-1 meetings with each Sales Associate and Coach Ensure all front desk procedures are followed (Member Check-In, telephone inquiries, Past Due account procedures, customer care calls) Plan and promote special events for the studio monthly Ensure the facility is clean, maintained and operationally sound Qualifications 1-2 years of customer service experience with proven results 1-2 years of sales experience in boutique fitness or related industry Associate or bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, with 3+ years of management Minimum experience operating revenue of $600,000 or higher annual revenue #J-18808-Ljbffr
