Responsibilities Plan, manage, and execute end‑to‑end live and virtual events, including trade‑shows, conferences, webinars, executive programs, and internal events. Translate broader marketing strategy into impactful, brand‑aligned tradeshow plans, messaging, and onsite execution. Oversee complex, simultaneous events and marketing initiatives, delivering on time, within budget, and exceeding expectations. Provide strategic leadership for industry conferences, guiding cross‑functional teams to achieve defined objectives from concept through full delivery. Build and maintain strong partnerships with senior leadership, key stakeholders, and external vendors. Lead meetings and conference calls to direct teams, communicating guidance and making informed, strategic decisions. Support marketing, design, and production resources to ensure high‑quality work. Manage large‑scale trade‑shows, including sponsorship funding, flawless booth development, and execution. Maintain a solution‑oriented mindset for on‑site logistics and event technologies. Negotiate contractual terms with suppliers for production, hospitality, logistics, food & beverage, creative services, and supplies. Analyze event performance, prepare detailed post‑event reports, and complete financial reconciliations in a timely manner. Partner with compliance and legal teams to ensure full adherence to regulatory and organizational requirements. Support Speaker Bureau operations, including agency management, coordination of HCP engagements, and oversight of annual training programs. Qualifications 8–12 years of related experience; a graduate degree and additional experience may be desirable. Experience with conventions, logistic planning, housing bureaus, and professional/medical organizations and societies. External supplier and agency management experience, with process optimization skills. Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills. Hands‑on approach, highly organized, and process‑oriented. Proactive, self‑starter who can work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
