Part-Time Business Operations Associate - NV

Ibotta is seeking a Part-Time Business Operations Associate to join our innovative team and contribute to our mission to Make Every Purchase Rewarding. This position provides a great opportunity to learn the operations side of the business and work cross-functionally with other teams to align on best practices and procedures when it comes to our campaign setup and performance. What you will be doing:

* Manage setup components in the Ibotta application * Communicate and collect cross-departmental feedback to align on best practices and procedures * Anticipate issues and provides alternative methods of setup or delivery * Stay up to date on internal system changes and updates/educates impacted departments effectively * Identify, analyze, and help fix technical problems alongside Engineering and Product teams * Work closely with Analytics department to target content to unique segments of consumers * Identify error trends and work cross-functionally with other departments to implement procedures to mitigate errors, or build tools that will reduce Ibotta's operational costs * Embrace and uphold Ibotta's Core Values: Integrity, Boldness, Ownership, Teamwork, Transparency & A good idea can come from anywhere

What we are looking for:

* Technical Skills: G Suite, Excel, Attention to detail * Eagerness to learn a variety of technical systems thoroughly and efficiently * Ability to collaborate cross-departmentally to mitigate and troubleshoot issues * Strong desire to learn and navigate internal technical systems effectively

Schedule Information:

* This is a fully remote role, candidates must live in Nevada * Work schedule will consist of up to 25 hours per week, Monday through Friday * We are currently hiring for a 2pm-7pm MT shift, however department hours are 7am-7pm MT. Candidates must be willing to work any shift within that window if needed * Applicants must be willing to work one weekend day if needed * Applicants must be 18 or older to be eligible for this position * Applicants must have access to reliable internet
