ICU Registered Nurse - RN

MLR is seeking a compassionate and skilled ICU Registered Nurse (RN) to join our client's dedicated healthcare team. In this essential role, you will provide specialized care to patients facing severe, life-threatening conditions.

Key Responsibilities of an ICU RN:

Deliver expert care to critically ill patients through continuous monitoring and assessment, adjusting care plans as needed.
Administer medications, treatments, and advanced life support measures accurately and promptly.
Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and the healthcare team to develop and implement personalized patient care strategies.
Operate and manage advanced medical equipment, including ventilators, monitoring devices, and life support systems.
Communicate effectively with patients' families, providing support, education, and updates on the patient's condition.
Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of patient care, adhering to hospital policies and regulatory standards.

Registered Nurse Qualifications:

Active RN license in New Mexico.
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
BLS and ACLS certifications required within two weeks of starting.
Previous experience in ICU or critical care is highly preferred.
