About the Position

Job Title: CT Tech Profession: Radiology / Cardiology Specialty: CT Tech Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Mid 3x10-Hour or Mid 4x10-Hour Hours per Shift: 10 Experience: 2 Years License: Wisconsin or Compact License (Pending accepted) Certifications: BLS, ARRT(R)(CT) Must-Have: - Previous travel experience - Required skills: 3D rendering, biopsies, adult acute care, emergency department procedures, venipuncture, and contrast media preparation Description: This position requires a CT Tech to work on a mid shift. The shifts will be evenings, from 14:00 to 00:00. The schedule consists of 7 on and 7 off, from Wednesday to Tuesday. Weekends will be required every other week. No call will be required for this position. Holiday rotation will be part of the responsibilities. The candidate must be flexible and ready to adapt to a fast-paced unit. Experience in Level I or Level II trauma is preferred. Candidates with a background in community hospital or long-term acute care are encouraged to apply. No prior travel experience is acceptable; local candidates will be considered at a lower rate. The CT Tech will be responsible for various imaging procedures, including abdomen and chest scans, cardiac studies, and musculoskeletal trauma assessments. Additional responsibilities include assisting with patient care and maintaining radiation safety protocols. Proficiency in the Epic charting system is preferred.
