Eliassen Group is seeking an HR Data and Reporting Analyst to support HR Operations on a remote contract basis. You will develop and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, and data analyses across HCM, Recruiting, Payroll, Benefits, and Learning. The role requires advanced Excel, SQL, and BI skills, plus strong analytical and communication abilities to translate needs into reliable reports, validate data, and ensure data security and confidentiality while collaborating with HRIS and HR
