Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Associate Attorney at our office in Norwich, CT. Participation in civil litigation, management of litigation docket, drafting of pleadings, briefs, attend court hearings, depositions. The practice focus is on personal injury claims, workers' compensation, social security disability, employment/discrimination claims and other civil litigation.
Qualifications
- Bar admitted in CT and federal bar admission
- Experience in providing legal advice and managing case files
- Strong research skills to support case preparation and legal strategies
- Effective negotiation skills with the ability to achieve favorable outcomes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a professional setting
