Physical Therapist – Outpatient (Pelvic Health)

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments to evaluate impairments, functional limitations, and disabilities; establish diagnosis, prognosis, and intervention strategies
• Design, implement, and modify individualized therapeutic treatment plans to reduce impairments and restore patients' ability to perform daily activities
• Promote injury prevention, overall health, fitness, and wellness across all patient age groups
• Collaborate with colleagues and engage in community education and contributions to physical therapy research
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records including physician orders, diagnoses, treatment plans, progress notes, attendance, and discharge summaries; ensure timely charge submission

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Pelvic Health physical therapy
• Pelvic Health Certification required
• Graduate of an AMA-APTA approved school of physical therapy
• Active Physical Therapist license for the state of Colorado, or a permit from the licensing board while awaiting licensure examination
• Current CPR Certification
• Member or eligible for membership in the American Physical Therapy Association or American Registry of Physical Therapy

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in an outpatient clinic setting
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary patient care team
