Physician (MD/DO) - In-home Visits

Role: Physician (MD/DO) contractor conducting in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial plan members. Responsibilities: Perform in-home visits focusing on overall health, well-being, and identifying care barriers. Review medication and medical history, conduct physical evaluations without prescribing or altering treatment. Complete pre-populated, patient-specific assessment forms. Schedule and manage visits independently, ensuring comprehensive assessments. Qualifications & Skills: State medical license required; willingness to enroll in Medicaid preferred. Ability to work flexible hours, with a preference for availability across weekdays and weekends. Strong communication skills and ability to connect with patients one-on-one. Independent contractor status (1099), with malpractice coverage provided. Earn competitive weekly income, with potential for increased rates based on market multipliers and additional diagnostic tests. Pre-scheduled in-home visits, no nights or weekends required.
