Sr. Supply Chain Specialist

Job Summary A growing organization in the security and surveillance industry is seeking a Sr. Supply Chain Specialist for a contract/temporary opportunity in Pasadena, CA. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented supply chain professional who enjoys inventory control, procurement support, vendor coordination, logistics, and hands-on warehouse operations. The Sr. Supply Chain Specialist will work closely with supply chain leadership to support operational readiness, asset accountability, cost control, and accurate inventory management across multiple business functions. Key Responsibilities Maintain accountability and inventory control for company assets, including uniforms, vehicles, office supplies, equipment, and operational resources. Perform inventory management activities, including cycle counts, audits, inspections, data entry, reporting, and warehouse organization. Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate records using inventory management or ERP systems. Coordinate the issuance and return of company property for new hires, transfers, and employee separations. Support procurement, vendor relations, vendor onboarding, cost-control initiatives, and purchasing activities. Assist with logistics coordination, warehouse operations, special projects, contract launches, and operational transitions. Compensation and Benefits Pay range: $28.00 to $35.00 per hour.
