Job DescriptionMain Responsibilities: Review and analyze complex customer contracts to determine appropriate revenue recognition treatment in accordance with ASC 606Serve as a technical revenue accounting subject matter expert, researching and documenting complex revenue recognition issues and providing guidance on ASC 606 application and accounting treatment.Participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue accounting close activities, and commissions accounting close activities and deliverables (recons, revenue dashboards & reporting, revenue reserves, flux) Partner with cross functional teams to ensure accurate revenue forecasting and reportingPrepare revenue related reports for financial statement disclosuresLead or support the implementation and migration of revenue accounting systemsCollaborate to define systems requirements and ensure alignment with accounting policiesPerform systems testing, validation and user training for new implementations or enhancementsInterface with internal and external audit on revenue related issues, support US GAAP audit and maintain SOX control documentationDesired Skills and Experience: 3‐5 years of experience in revenue accounting role in SAAS technology or subscription-based industryPublic accounting or public company experience required, CPA a plusBachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field Experience with Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel skillsProficiency using the NetSuite Advanced Revenue Management module in multi-currencies and multi-Subsidiaries environmentExperience in Power BI, Salesforce CRM, and RevPro a plusSystem Implementation and UAT experience (NetSuite, RevPro) preferredAbility to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environmentPlease note: We are unable to consider applicants who require visa sponsorship or work authorization support for this role. JOB REQ COMPENSATION RANGE $83,000 - $138,000The base salary range for this role is shown above. At Sprinklr, base pay depends on multiple individualized factors, including experience, qualifications, job-related knowledge and skills, and geographic location. Base pay is only one part of our competitive Total Rewards package: the successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Sprinklr’s discretionary bonus plan, commission plan, and/or equity plan, depending on role.US-based Sprinklr employees are eligible for a highly competitive benefits package as well, which demonstrates our commitment to our employees’ health, well-being, and financial protection.
