Roaming Maintenance Technician in Riverside

Job DescriptionJob Description DPM is seeking a full time roaming maintenance technician, who will support on work orders and turning units. Responsibilities will Include: Perform general maintenance duties, including; plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, janitorial task, drywall repairs, painting, and appliance repairs to ensure the property remains in excellent condition. Respond to maintenance service requests promptly, as scheduled by property management. Conduct regular property inspections to identify and address any issues before they become major problems. Ensure all safety protocols are followed and that the property complies with all health and safety regulations. Assist with turnover repairs and preparation of vacant units for new tenants. Work closely with property management and other team members to ensure efficient operations and positive tenant experience. Availability to be on-call for tenant emergency maintenance issues. Respectful, reliable, punctual and professional with a positive attitude. Valid driver's license, reliable personal vehicle to transport tools and materials as needed. As well as readiness to commute to multiple locations. Pay range is based on experience.
